We came for dinner on a Sunday. We were welcomed at the door with a big smile by a girl named Natasha. She was super friendly and extremely welcoming. She brought us to our table and was happy to hear it was our first time at the restaurant. She made us feel at home! Our server Jada was very knowledgeable on the menu and helped point out a few items due to my allergy. Great customer service! The food was so tasty from the pretzel to the pasta dishes to the chocolate cake. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will be back!!! I recommend this restaurant. 5 stars out of 5 stars!!!!! A
First time to visit this place. It was a monday so its slower pace , it has a very cozy , warm and family friendly vibe. It can definitely be vibrant on a weekend or friday night. Our server Jen was amazing !! She was very acommodating and patient with us. We spent 60-70 and its with appetizer, main course and dessert. We are able to see parking easily but theres parking at the back , and at the front. Parking is free after 5:30 pm at the front.
Wow what a great first experience! Our server (really tall older bald gentleman, sorry forgot his name) was SO friendly, attentive, and polite. From server to server: he went beyond to ensure the table was well taken care of and even mentioned desserts that weren’t on the menu. Atmosphere is upscale yet still casual and the food was amazing (a little salty but still tasty), I know why they’re known for their Mac and cheese now!
Just visited Kevin's and had a delicious meal! The French Onion soup was perfect, and the roasted veggie sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, service was friendly and everything was very reasonable in price. If I lived in Winnipeg this would become a staple restaurant for me.
Such a splendid experience! I came here for supper with a friend before seeing the ballet, and it was genuinely so great. The service was a little slow -- I noticed several tables who came in after us get served first -- but the smooth live music and the incredible atmosphere kept me from getting impatient. The food was sooo tasty. I want to especially mention the chocolate cake. I have an anaphylactic allergy to nuts, and can almost never get dessert at a restaurant because of cross-contamination. But this cake is completely nutritional-needs friendly (nuts, gluten, dairy), and very VERY delicious. My friend and I shared the slice (actually, we split everything), and we both had plenty.
Victoria our server was great…we had a great meal and a lot of laughs. Only complaint was ordered too much food. Restaurant size and seating was perfect made it feel homey! Will be back
I just finished sharing a bad restaurant review and need to cleanse my conscience giving GOOD credit where credit is deserved! Always looking for a new restaurant to try, I took a friend to Kevin's for her birthday. Wow, wow, wow! We were the only ones on their patio during a tornado warning and had a gorgeous early dinner on a warm, slightly rainy summer evening! Our server, Jeremiah, was top notch. He was very experienced, professional, courteous, and offered perfect menu guidance! Thank you for adding to our pleasant experience! Every single thing that we ate or drank was perfection! This restaurant was priced fair considering the current economic costs, location, service, and quality. I can't wait to return and share a new favourite Winnipeg restaurant with my husband!
The kitchen here turns out some unique and excellent menu items and the bar good cocktails. We enjoyed a few pasta entrees - all very tasty. The steak listed as a shareable app was deliciously marinated and grilled. Their Mac and Cheese options are inspired and a highlight!
